Method Test Prep

This fall, your student will be provided access to Method Test Prep, an online course that helps students build skills in:

• Math
• Reading
• Writing
• SAT/ ACT Test Prep

Through our school's Family Connection site, your ninth through 12th-grade student can complete the course and keep track of all the work he or she has completed.

Method Test Prep Highlights

• Students can listen to math, verbal, and writing tutorials
• Each tutorial is accompanied by a quiz to test student mastery
• The program is highly adaptive and evaluates the student's strengths and weaknesses
• Students have access to a large pool of practice questions and receive instant feedback upon completion of each question. This feedback includes easy-to-understand explanations
• Students and parents have seen measurable progress when using Method Test Prep. Method Test Prep uses proven strategies that are clear and easy to understand for any type of learner
• The course is interactive and time efficient by keeping students engaged on areas in need of improvement
• The test preparation can also accommodate the needs of any type of student at any time of day or night most convenient to the student
• Method Test Prep is designed to be used independently or as a supplement to other SAT or ACT prep

To begin using the course students:

• Sign onto Family Connection at http://connection.naviance.com/pinerichland
• Click on the "Test Preparation" link, under the "About College" section
